Meeker Dissecting and Ligature Forcep is a multipurpose device that surgeons in different specialities use to locally stop the blood flow, perform blunt soft tissue dissection and carry suture threads.
- 90° Angled Jaws to Reach a Variety of Surgical Sites.
- Fully-Serrated Profile Promoting Enhanced Gripping.
- Ergonomic Finger Rings Ensuring Optimal Handling.
The Meeker Dissecting and Ligature Forcep offers a broad range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to allow for exceptional haemostasis during vascular surgery.
For this purpose, the instrument features 90° angled jaws with a tapered design to traverse narrow spaces. In addition, the inner surfaces of the jaws have delicate serrations for maximum fixation and reduced trauma.
Moreover, the Meeker Dissecting and Ligature Forcep features a boxlock joint that attaches the shafts. As a result, surgeons can face the jaws against each other with smooth movements. A ratchet system between the shafts ensures self-retaining clamping at different pressure degrees.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
